It would be Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The ship departed Milwaukee very early morning and is heading (AIS) for Thunder Bay. Not sure which TB as there are more than one I understand.

She is now moored at one of the piers.

The Federal Weser is presently moored in Milwaukee Bay. I believe it could be awaiting a berth at Pier 1 or 2 both of which are currently occupied.
